公费农科生的政策创新与实践检视

培养一支懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的乡村人才队伍,从人才数量、结构和质量上精准服务乡村振兴战略需求,成为涉农高校的历史责任、重要使命和重大机遇。2018年,山东省依托省内农业高等院校实施基层农技推广人才定向培养,政策期望以公费教育为切入点,破解市场配置优秀人才资源流动不畅,致力于解决乡村振兴涉农人才短板问题。文章介绍了山东农业大学等高校在深化农科生教育改革,为乡村振兴人才培养方面的有益探索和实践,以期为其他农业院校服务乡村振兴提供借鉴。

Policy Innovation and Practice Inspection of Public Funded Agricultural Students

It is the historical responsibility,important mission and great opportunity for agricultural universities to cultivate a team of rural talents who understand agriculture,love rural areas and peasants there,and accurately serve the strategic needs of Rural Revitalization in terms of talent quantity,structure and quality.In 2018,relying on provincial agricultural universities,Shandong Province implemented the oriented training of talents for grass-roots agricultural technology promotion.The policy is expected to take public education as the entry point to break the poor flow of excellent talent resources allocated by the market and devote itself to solving the shortcoming of talents related to agriculture in rural revitalization.This paper introduces the beneficial exploration and practice of Shandong Agricultural University and other universities in deepening the education reform of agricultural students and cultivating talents for rural revitalization,in order to provide reference for other agricultural colleges in serving rural revitalization.
