| Abstract: | Modern food testing technology is the basic course of training food related professionals in colleges and universities..In order to reflect the concept of application-oriented personnel training,this paper discusses the measures of curriculum reform of modern food testing technology from different aspects of teaching idea,teaching content,teaching method and teaching evaluation,so as to provide a reference for cultivating talents with solid theoretical knowledge and superb testing skills. |
