摘    要:现代食品检测技术是高校食品相关专业人才培养的基础课程。为体现应用型人才培养的理念,从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价等不同层面,讨论现代食品检测技术课程改革的措施,为培养具备扎实理论知识和高超检验技能的人才提供参考。

Abstract:Modern food testing technology is the basic course of training food related professionals in colleges and universities..In order to reflect the concept of application-oriented personnel training,this paper discusses the measures of curriculum reform of modern food testing technology from different aspects of teaching idea,teaching content,teaching method and teaching evaluation,so as to provide a reference for cultivating talents with solid theoretical knowledge and superb testing skills.
