旋耕机耕深测量结果不确定度评定

摘    要:对旋耕机耕深的测量结果进行了不确定度评定,分析不确定度的来源和影响因素,并计算得出其扩展不确定度.结果表明,旋耕机耕深平均值x = 15.795 cm,包含因子k =2,扩展不确定度U =0.111 cm.在旋耕机耕深测量中,重复性测量引入的不确定度分量对测量结果的不确定度影响较大.

Abstract:Uncertainty of measurement results of tillage depth of rotary tiller was evaluated.Sources and influence factors of uncertainty of measurement results were analyzed,and expanded uncertainty was obtained.Results showed that average of tillage depth of rotary tiller ■=15.795 cm,coverage factork=2,and expended uncertaintyU=0.111 cm.Uncertainty component introduced by repeatability of measurement had a great influence on uncertainty of measurement results in measurement of tillage depth of rotary tiller.
