摘    要:油酸和亚油酸是花生中主要不饱和脂肪酸,且油酸/亚油酸(O/L)是决定花生油货架期的重要指标,因此油酸与亚油酸含量的测定对于花生品质评价具有重要意义。采用气相色谱归一化法,以37种脂肪酸甲酯(FAME)标准物为基础,初步建立测定花生中油酸和亚油酸含量的方法,通过校正响应因子对面积百分比法进行比较与优化。该方法可以补偿仪器的响应差异,提高检测结果的准确性。

Abstract:Oleic acid and linoleic acid are the main unsaturated fatty acids in Peanut,and oleic acid/linoleic acid(O/L)is an important index to determine the shelf life of peanut oil,therefore the content determination of oleic acid and linoleic acid is of great significance to the quality evaluation of peanut.This research uses gas chromatography and area normalization method based on 37 FAME standard materials,preliminary establishes method of determination of oleic acid and linoleic acid in peanut.By correcting a response factor compares and optimizes the area percentage method.This method can compensate the response difference of the instrument and improve the accuracy of the detection results.
