| 摘 要： | 近红外光谱检测技术是一种高效、简单、无损伤、无污染的现代分析技术。本文综述了近红外光谱检测的基本原理、发展历程和国内外在农业和食品检测中的应用。分析了目前应用过程中存在的问题并提出相应的解决办法,展望了今后该领域的研究和应用前景。
