论经营大学之理念

经营大学是指大学内部管理体制按照成本化、市场化、规范化、科学化的模式进行运作,同时也有向外扩展的理念;其目的在于促进微观现代大学制度的建立,改革大学内部管理体制,实行成本效益核算,增强对外部环境的适应能力;经营大学应建立开放的组织机制、自我约束与自我发展机制、成本效益机制和市场运作机制。

On Running Universities: A Conceptual Framework

Running universities implies a series of operations of the internal management system in term of costing, marketization, standardization and scientization. Meanwhile, it involves the notion of expanding outward. Its purpose is to help establish the micro-system of modern universities, reform their internal management system, implement the accounting of cost benefit, and enhance their adaptability to the external environment. Running universities involves the establishment of open organizational mechanism, self-restriction and self-development mechanism, cost benefit mechanism and market operation mechanism.
