青霉素、过氧化氢和高锰酸钾浸种对沙棘种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度的青霉素、过氧化氢和高锰酸钾浸泡沙棘种子24h,通过发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、电导率、TTC还原力和可溶性糖等生理指标的测试,结果显示0.3%过氧化氢、250mg/L青霉素和0.15%高锰酸钾浸种,能够显著提高种子的活力,促进种子的萌发及幼苗生长。

Abstract:The different concentration of penicillin, hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate were used to soak the Seeds of Hippohae rhamnoides Subsp sinensis for 24h, through determining germinability. germination index, vigor index, conduct electricity guidability, TTC and soluble sugar. The results showed that 250mg/L Penicillin, 0. 3% hydrogen peroxide and 0.15% potassium permanganate could increase seed's vigor obviously and promote vigor germinability.
