摘    要:应用RT-PCR技术检测番鸭呼肠病毒在人工感染番鸭体内的动态分布情况.结果显示,1日龄感染番鸭呼肠病毒MW9710株,3 d后就可以从肝、脾等组织中检出病毒RNA,直到32 d不能从组织样品中检测到病毒RNA,检出高峰期为感染后7 d~14 d.在6种不同组织中均不同程度地检测到病毒核酸,其中以肝脏组织检出率最高(68.9%),其次为脾脏(62.2%)、心(48.9%)、肾(46.7%)和胰(35.6%);肛门棉拭子的检出率最低(17.8%),显示了番鸭呼肠病毒在感染机体内的动态分布情况.

Abstract:Dynamic distribution of muscovy duck reovirus in the challenged ducks was detected by RT-PCR.When one-day-old muscovy ducks were challenged with muscovy ducks reovirus MW9710 strain,viral RNA could be detected in the liver and spleen in three days,but not done in 32 days.The detection rate was the highest in 7 to 14 days.in six kinds of tissues,The viral RNA could be detected,the highest detection rate was liver(68.9%),and spleen(62.2%)heart(48.9%)kidney(46.7%),pancreas(35.6%) in order,but that of anus was lowest(17.8%).The results displayed dynamic distribution of muscovy duck reovirus.
