| 摘 要： | 沼气发酵残留物是人畜粪便、秸秆等有机物经过厌氧发酵l产生沼气后的残留物，富含多种氨基酸、维生素、微量元素以及有益的生物活性物质，在养殖业中得到广泛应用。文章阐述了沼气发酵残留物的基本性质，并就其在养殖业中的应用和研究现状作了综述。

| Abstract: | Biogas fermentative residue,which has abundant amino acid and vitamin and mineral and beneficial biology active matter and has been widely used in breeding industry,is rudimental material during anaerobic fermentation of organic compounds such as dung of people,livestock and straw stalk.The basic characters of biogas fermentative residues were introduced.And its application and research status in the breeding industry were summarized. |
