粕肥对白灵菇菌丝体生长的影响

摘    要:用豆粕、棉粕和菜籽粕3种粕肥培养基对5个不同来源的白灵菇菌株进行固体培养,比较分析3种粕肥及不同处理水平对白灵菇母种菌丝生长发育的影响。结果表明:豆粕效果最好,但最适浓度不同:白灵菇1号、2号和白灵菇Pn11的豆粕最适浓度为7g/L,Pn8和Pn29的豆粕最适浓度为4g/L。棉粕培养基上的白灵菇菌丝普遍长的较细但长势快。菜粕培养基上的白灵菇菌丝长的较粗但长势较慢。

Effect of Different Defatted Meal on Mycelium Growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis

Abstract:In order to investigate effects of different medium formula on hyphas growth of Pleutotus nerbrodensis,five different Pleutotus nerbrodensis strains were cultured on the solid medium with three different defatted meal medium formula which were soybean meal,cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal.The results showed that the concentration 7 g/L of soybean meal was the best for the growth of Bailing 1,Bailing 2 and Pn11,and the concentration 4 g/L of soybean meal was the best for the growth of Pn8 and Pn29.The hyphas cultured on cottonseed meal was thin,but hyphas grew fast and the hyphas cultured on greens meal was thick,but hyphas grew slow.
