| 摘 要： | 解决“三农”问题是河北省走向现代化建设进程中最艰巨的任务,也是河北省全面建设小康社会所面临的最大难题。针对当前河北省存在的农业结构不合理、农民收入低,城乡差距大、农村经济社会发展落后这一难题,从财政的角度提出了相关的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The solution to the issues of "agriculture,countryside and farmers"is the most formidable task in the modernization process of Hebei province,and also the most difficult task in affluent society construction.To solve these issues of Hebei province,such as the unreasonable agricultural structure,the low income of peasants,the big disparity between the urban and the rural as well as the laggard development of the countryside economy and society,this article puts forward the financial countermeasures. |
