麦草土尘致家兔尘肺的病理学研究

采用麦草土尘在家兔成功地复制出了尘肺模型。实验结果表明，感染土尘的家兔可引起间质性肺炎和尘肺病变。病理生理上，在这些动物检测到较严重的呼吸性酸中毒和低氧血症，肺微循环中还有大量单核细胞及微血栓滞留。在实验后期，肺脏的顺应性均降低，这也是尘肺动物呼吸困难的原因之一。

Pathological Studies on Pneumoconiosis in Rabbits Caused by the Dust in Wheat Straw

The experimental pneumoconiosis was reproduced in rabbits successfully with the dust in wheat straw obtained from Hexi corridor,Gansu province The experimental results showed that there are interstitial pneumonia and some pneumoconiosis lesions in lungs of the experimental rabbits. Pathophysiologically anoxia and acidosis were detected. Meanwhile,numerous monocytes and hyaline thrombusis were discoveried in the capillaries of the lungs. In the later stage of the experiment,the compliance of the lungs was reduced, it would be the major reason of breathing with diffiulty.
