摘    要:新郑早红是从我国著名枣产区新郑枣区选育出的特早熟、鲜食品质极佳的优良品种。该品种8月中旬成熟,平均单果质量10.6g,果实卵圆形或短椭圆形,果面平整光洁,果皮薄,橙红色,果肉白绿色,质地细脆,多汁,甜味浓,可溶性固形物含量31.0%~33.4%。丰产稳产,适应性强,耐干旱、耐瘠薄,较抗枣锈病,枣炭疽病、枣缩果病。沿黄河流域及黄河以北各枣区均可栽培。

Abstract:Xinzhengzaohong is an early-ripening,high fresh-eating quality jujube cultivar selected in the famous jujube producing area Xinzheng,Henan province. It ripens in mid August with average weight of 10.6 g. Fruit is ovate and short oval in shape,having a smooth orange red skin with a white-green flesh; flesh texture is delicate te,succulent,with a pleasant sweet flavor,containing a soluble solids content of 31.0% to 33.4%.
