传播学视角下大学生从众行为研究探索

为探索高校思想政治工作新思路和新方法，将传播学受众理论研究同高校思想政治教育实践联系起来，对群体压力和群体规范影响下大学生从众行为的表现、成因及对策进行研究探索，通过大量的理论研究和实证分析，提出建立健康的舆论导向、大力发展校园文化、改善德育工作方法是促成大学生积极从众、避免盲目从众的有效对策。

An Approach to the Conformity Behavior of College Students from the Perspective of Communication

In order to explore the new thinking and new methods on the ideological and political work in universities,this paper combines the audience theory with the practice of ideological and political education and discusses the performance,reasons and solutions for the college students’ herd behaviors after they are influenced by the group pressure and group norm.Through extensive theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward three effective measures to induce students to follow the herd positively and avoid the conformity blindly,which could be summarized as establishing the healthy direction of public opinion,developing the campus culture and improving the methods for moral education.
