| Abstract: | Based on the data from questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation,this essay points out the prominent problems existing in professional development of English teachers.In the meantime,it puts forward approaches to enhance professional development of English teachers: enriching English teachers’ subject knowledge,enhancing professionalism;establishing teacher learning community;developing and applying effective teaching strategies. |
