| 摘 要： | 新农村建设是新时期党中央做出的重大战略部署。从新农村建设与中国特色现代化道路的关系出发，对现代化的本质、实现机制以及新农村建设在推进中国特色现代化中的重要性进行了论述。从理论层面对中国特色现代化框架下新农村建设的关键和重点进行了分析，认为应从健全现代产业体系、完善基础设施、发展社会事业、提高农民素质等方面着重加强新农村建设，从而更好地推进我国现代化进程。

| Abstract: | The construction of new countryside is an important strategy made by the Party Central Committee in the new era.This article begins with the relationship between the construction of new countryside and modernization with Chinese characteristics;and analyzes the essence and implementation mechanism of modernization as well as the significance of the construction of new countryside in the process of modernization with Chinese characteristics.Additionally,it analyzes the crux and significance of the construction of new countryside under the framework of socialism in China on the theoretical level.It deems that we should pay more attention to strengthen the construction of new countryside by perfecting the modern industrial system,perfecting the infrastructure,developing public welfare,improving the quality of farmers and that sort of thing.Thus,we can better promote the process to modernization in our country. |
