江西农业大学学生社团现状与发展对策

学生社团是高校校园文化建设的重要载体,也是高校第二课堂的重要组成部分。为了积极推进江西农业大学第二课堂教育,分析了江西农业大学学生社团的现状与规模,总结了江西农业大学学生社团的特点,概括了江西农业大学学生社团存在的问题,并对江西农业大学学生社团的发展对策进行了探讨,认为可以从完善政策、加大投入、培育个性、加强指导、加强培训等方面推动学生社团发展,进一步加强学生社团的建设。

Research on satus and development strategy of student societies of Jiangxi Agricultural University

Student organizations as an important carrier of the construction of campus culture,are also an important part of the second classroom.In order to actively promote the second classroom education of Jiangxi Agricultural University,the paper discusses and analyzes the present status,development countermeasures and size of the student societies by summarizing their characteristics and outlining their existing problems.Therefore,it is suggested that the development of student organizations is supposed to be promoted by perfecting policies,increasing in investment,cultivating personality,and strengthening guidance and training,etc.,which is of great significance for further reinforcing the construction of student organizations.
