| Abstract: | The phenomena of "shortage of peasant workers" has become the attention of the whole society and the focus of many economists and researchers on agricultural issues.This paper,taking Baoding,Hebei as an example,proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on the re-employment of home-going peasant workers on the basis of comparatively overall and in-depth analysis to their current living situation and their re-employment. |
