农村青年主观幸福感与心理健康的关系研究

为了研究农村青年不同群体主观幸福感和心理健康的差异以及两者之间的相关关系,采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)和一般心理健康问卷(GHQ-20)对370名农村青年和277名城市青年进行问卷调查。结果显示:(1)城市青年的心理健康总分显著高于农村青年;(2)农村青年抑郁和焦虑两个维度上的得分显著高于城市青年;(3)单因素方差分析结果表明:农村青年不同学历间主观幸福感和心理健康存在差异,农村不同收入水平青年在抑郁维度上存在差异;(4)幸福感量表总分、心理健康量表总分、自我肯定两两之间均存在显著正相关;抑郁和焦虑这两维度与以上三者之间均存在显著负相关;且抑郁和焦虑之间也存在显著正相关;(5)心理健康总分、焦虑和自我肯定联合解释幸福感37.2%的变异。

Relationship between subjective well-being and mental health of the rural youth

In order to study the differences and relationship between the different groups of rural youth subjective well-being and mental health,370 participants of the rural youth and 277 participants of the urban youth are investigated by GWB and GHQ-20.The results show that:(1) The urban youth total score of mental health is significantly higher than that of the rural youth;(2) but in the two dimensions of depression and anxiety,the rural youth are significantly higher than the urban youth;(3) The single factor variance analysis shows that there exists difference in SWB,MH and depression of the rural youth with different educational background and income levels.(4) There is a significant positive correlation among the total score of well-being,the total score of mental health and self-affirmation while between the above three and depression or anxiety an obvious negative correlation is found.Anxiety and depression also have a significant positive correlation;(5) Score of mental health,anxiety and self-affirmation has a significant effect on well-being at 37.2% rate by combined interpretation of well being.
