| 摘 要： | 结合地方农业院校毕业实习的管理工作特点，针对性地分析了毕业实习的现状和教学资源、实习管理等问题，并提出了多元化毕业实习的设想，具体阐述了其实施的措施以及毕业实习管理如成绩评定和质量监控的方法。
