本专科毕业生择业意向调查分析

为促进大学生在就业中对个人职业做出合理选择,针对大学生就业中的个人职业选择问题进行了实际调查研究和分析。通过对江西农业大学2007级毕业生择业意向问卷调查结果进行统计分析,认为大学生在就业过程中存在就业意向不明、盲目跟从等问题;根据调查结果,提出提高毕业班就业实践的重视程度、掌握市场动态、提供及时就业信息等建议。

The analysis on the career intention status of college and junior graduates by questionnaire

To promote a reasonable employment choice by students in personal careers,the intention of personal career choic in 2007 college graduate employment in Jiangxi Agricultural University is surveyed by questionnaire.The statistical analysis reveals that in the course of employment,the students are of a vague employment intention and blindly follow,suggesting importance should be attached to both strengthening the employment practic of graduating classes and getting into the employment market dynamics to timely provide employment information and reasonable recommendations for college graduates.
