高校班级干部队伍建设的探索与实践

班级是学校行政管理的最基层组织,是大学生的基本组织形式,是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的主要组织载体。文章在实践研究的基础上,提出了通过优化班级干部队伍结构、构建年级班组网络、创新学生思想政治工作的载体,有效提高学生思想政治工作效率的学生干部管理新模式,体现了以人为本的教育思想,使班级人力资源配置得以优化。

Exploration and practice in the construction of university class leadership

In an university,class as the foundational executive unit,is the basic student organization format as well as the main carrier to realize the student’s self education,management and service,in which class managers play an important role.To manage a class better,this article expatiates a new personnel administration mode of student managers on the basis of practice and research,which will enhance the ideological and political work efficiency evidently by optimizing the configuration of class leadership,constructing the grade level management network and inaugurating a new ideological and political work carrier.This mode incarnates the people-oriented education policy and also makes the structure of the class human resource optimized.
