| 摘 要： | 针对现有教师队伍中存在的重理论轻应用、重科学技术轻职业技能等问题,通过改革教师培训方式和评价制度、建设校外兼职教师队伍、建立长效激励机制、完善检查监督体系等一系列措施来优化师资队伍结构,形成兼具理论水平与实践能力的高素质师资队伍,为不断提高应用型人才培养质量提供保障,为进一步完善校企联合应用型人才培养模式奠定基础。

| Abstract: | A series of measures are taken to optimize teachers structure,such as reform of teacher training methods and evaluation system,construction of off-campus part-time teachers,establishment of long-term incentive mechanism and improvement of inspection monitoring system.Those measures are supposed to solve main problems in existing teachers structure such as emphasizing theory but neglecting practice,emphasizing science and technology but neglecting professional skills.A high-quality teacher team is formed with both the theoretical level and practical ability,the quality is constantly improved for practical talent training,and a basis is provided for further improvement of the mode of university-enterprise coalition practical talent training. |
