摘    要:在旋流泵流场计算及流场测试基础上,就旋流泵的结构参数对泵性能的影响进行了一系列试验研究,总结了以蜗壳无叶腔体积V0与叶轮体积V1之比Zv来设计旋流泵的方法,并由大量试验数据统计得到,当Zv=V0/V1=3 ̄5时可获得较好的水力性能。设计的几种旋流泵的效率比国内处同类产品提高了3% ̄5%。

Abstract:On the basis of the measurement and calculation to the fluid field of vortex pump, the influence of pump structure on its performance was experimentally studied. A new method was developed in which the volumetric ratio of the vane less cavity to the impeller was used to design vortex pumps. According to the statistics of a number of experimental data, the authors believe that the pump can get a good performance in the ratioes between 3~5. The corresponding designs of several kinds of vortex pumps increase their efficiency by a factor of 3%~5% compared with the same kinds of pumps manufactured home and abroad.
