摘    要:分析了18个不同早籼稻品种在相同栽培条件下的稻谷与糙米的各种饲料营养成分及这些品种的农艺性状,结果表明,不同早籼稻谷与糙米的各种营养成分存在明显的品种间差异,其中以早籼稻品种稻谷与糙米的粗蛋白含量的品种间差异最大,18个早籼稻品种糙米 灰分、粗纤维与钙的平均呈比其稻谷的平均含量分别低2.45%,7.75%与0.009%;而18个早籼和妥品种糙米的干物质、总能、粗蛋白、粗脂肪与磷的平均含量比其稻谷的

Abstract:Various feed nutrient contents and agronomic characteristics in brown rice and rough rice of 18 early indica rice varieties cultured in the same environmental conditions were analysed. The results showed that various feed nutritive compositions in brown rice and rough rice were different in different early indica rice varieties,especially the differences of the crude protein contents. The average contents of crude ash,crude fibre and calcium in brown rice of 18 early indica rice varieaies were lower than that in rough rice by 2.45% and 7.75% and 0.009% respectively.The average contents of dried matter,total energy,crude protein,crude fat and phosphorus were higher than that of rough rice by 0 15% and 0.09 MJ/kg,1.35%,2.04% and 0.01% respectively. Therefore,the feed nutritive value of brown rice was higher than that of rough rice. Also the feed nutritive value of brown rice is similar to that of corn. Because correlations between the yield or the yield characteristics and the feed nutritive contents were negative,modern biotechnology should be applied to rice genetics and breeding,to break this negative linkage between yield and quality and to realize the breeding goal of high yield and good quality of early indica variety.It is necessary to explore new resources of rice variety now.
