大鲵胚后发育的初步观察

本文对１９９１－１９９３年催产孵化获得的大鲵的胚后发育进行了观察。幼体出膜１１天后肝脏形成；出膜１９天后，胃肠、肾脏形成；出膜２６天后，食道与肛门相通，并且肺泡形成；出膜３６０天后完全变态。大统幼体的外部形态，特别是前、后肢的形成与青蛙、东方蝾螈等有着明显的区别。根据幼体前、后肢的发育，以及指、趾的形成过程，把大鲵胚后发育分为１０个时期。

A PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION ON POST EMBRYONIC DEVELOPMENT OF ANDRIANS DAVIDIANUS

The parturition of Andnsns davidianus was hastened and hatched from 1991to 1993 and the development of the pastlarva was observed. The liver; the stomach,intestine and kidney of the pastlarva appear after hatching for 11 and 19 days respectively.Metamorphosis takes place after hatching for 360 days. The outside shapes of the pastlarva,particuarly,the forming of the anterior and posterior limbs , are strikingly different fromthose of Raua nigromacutala and Cynopsorienlis David. The post embryonic development ofAndrians davidianus is divided into 10 st ages accord ing to the changes of anterior andposterior limbs and the forming of fingers and toes.
