粉拟青霉三级固体培养料的选优

摘    要:本文记述了粉拟青霉(paecilomyces farinosus(Hoim etS.F.Grog)BrownetSmith)在五种不同固体培养料上进行三级扩大培养时的培养性状,并根据其产孢量的测定结果,判断以棉子壳和牛粪为主的两类固体培养料为优良培养基,该菌在这两种培养基上培养容易,产孢量大;这两种培养基原料易得,经济实用,易于推广。

Abstract:This paper deseribes the culture character of Paecilomyces Farinosus (Hoim et S. F. Grog) (Brown et Smith) in five different solid culture materials when it expanded in third culture. The two solid culture materials, mainly containing cotton--seed shell and cow dung, are judged to be an excellent culture medium, according to the determined results o spore production. The fungus is easily cultured on the two culture mediums, with large production of spore; the economical and practical materials of the two culture mediums are easy to be got, with easy popularization.
