摘    要:为缓解蛋白质饲料资源不足,利用反刍动物对尿素代谢的特点。探索了将高压静电法用于制备尿素微胶囊的可能性,以生物可降解的材料海藻酸钠—氯化钙(NaAlg-CaCl)2为骨架材料,对尿素进行微囊化。研究了高压成囊装置的电压、推进速度和液面距对微囊粒径的影响。结果表明,此方法制备的尿素微胶囊不但形状圆整、粒径分布均匀,而且有较高的包封率;在电压30~40kV,推进速度20~99mm/h,液面距2~10cm的条件下,可以制得粒径200~1500μm的微囊。采用NaAlg-CaCl2作为壁材,以高压静电法对尿素进行微胶囊化是可行的。

Abstract:In order to mitigate the insufficiency of protein resources using in feedstuff,we have utilized the specialty that how ruminate animals digest urea. In this paper,a high voltage static electricity system was applied to microencapsuling urea. The urea was microencapsulated by NaAlgCaCl2 which is a biodegradable material through this method.
