摘    要:生物实验教学中经常涉及到显微观察实验,对于大多实验室而言,普通显微镜是常用的观察设备,观察结果往往通过手绘的方式进行描述,不便于记录和分析。本文在生物实验教学过程中,摸索出了一种利用移动数码设备与显微观察实验相结合拍摄技术,大大提升了同学们对科学现象的记录和分析能力,同时锻炼了大家的动手能力和对实验结果整理能力。在课堂教学中大大激发同学们的积极性和主动性,起到了良好的教学效果。

Abstract:Microscopic observation is often involved in experimental teaching of biology.For most laboratories,ordinary microscopes are used in microscopic observation.It is difficult to re-cord and analyze the results from the microscopic observation.The results are often de-scribed by hand drawing.In this paper,we put forward a kind of method,which combines digital mobile and microscopic observation.In this way,the student can conveniently record and analyze the scientific phenomena.At the same time,their ability of operation and analy-sis can be enhanced,thus stimulating students'enthusiasm in classroom teaching.An experi-ment has shown that this method gave a good effect in experimental teaching of biology.
