摘    要:本文对江苏省茶叶产业的质量安全现状进行概述,同时对潜在的茶叶质量安全问题进行了分析,并从加强茶树病虫害绿色防控技术研究、加快技术推广、完善茶叶质检体系建设、建立茶叶质量安全可追溯制度等方面保障江苏茶叶安全生产。

Abstract:The present status and potential problems of quality and safety risk of Jiangsu tea were analyzed in the present paper.The countermeasures corresponding to the potential problems,including preventing and control measures of tea pests and diseases and building systems of technology transfer,tea quality inspection and quality traceability were discussed.
