机械压力机双电机驱动传动系统研究

摘    要:针对目前机械压力机存在着由于锻冲速度过高而产生的振动大,噪声大,模具寿命短等缺点,设计了一种双电机驱动的机械压力机传动系统.该传动系统主要由差动轮系、行星轮系和2个普通电机组成,通过控制2个电机的运转和停止,使得机械压力机滑块得到2种不同的工作速度.从而既保证了滑块的工作效率,又大大降低了滑块锻冲时的工作速度.以JH23-200型机械压力机的技术参数为依据,设计出了满足机械压力机工作要求的双电机驱动传动系统,从而证明了该传动方案是切实可行的.

Abstract:A new type of transmission system of mechanical press is designed according to the demands of low-speed stamping-forge of mechanical press.The transmission system mainly consists of differential gear train,planetary gear train,crank linkage slide mechanism and two drive motors.Through controlling the two drive motors,two different speeds of the slider of mechanical press can be obtained.Its transmission system,not only can keep the working efficiency of mechanical press.but also can reduce the velocity of the slide.Based on the technological parameters of JH23-200 type mechanical press the new transmission system that meets the working demands of mechanical press is designed,which proves that this transmission scheme is practical and feasible.
