西双版纳人象冲突及其防治措施探讨

指出了人象冲突问题正日益成为国际社会关注的热点,随着人口不断的增长和生境的破坏,西双版纳人象冲突的问题越来越凸显出来。对西双版纳人象冲突的现状进行了分析,并采用参考文献等方法,认为人象冲突形成的实质原因是:生境的破坏、取食物种的减少和习性的变化、现代交通的切割、人为的主动侵犯和亚洲象的报复行为。在目前的情况下,完全解决人象冲突的问题是不可能达到的,人象冲突在有大象的国家普遍存在,这不仅对人产生不利的影响,对大象的长期保护也是不利。对人象冲突提出了相应的防治措施,希望对一些相关的部门起到借鉴作用。

Discussions of Human-elephant Conflict in Xishuangbanna and Prevention Measures

With population growth and habitat destruction, human--elephant conflict is increasingly revealing in Xishuanghanna. This article analyses the status of human--elephant conflict in Xishuangbanna and uses reference method to analyse the essence reason of human--elephant conflict, i.e. habitat destruction, reduction of feeding and changing habit, modern transportation of cutting, man--made initiative invasion and reprisal acts of Asian Elephant. At present, human--elephant conflict is quiet common in any countries which have Asian Elephants, and it is impossible to completely solving this issue. This problem not only has a negative effect on people, but also is harmful for long--term protection of the elephants. This article puts forward some suggests for solving the problem in order to play guiding role for the relevant departments.
