| 摘 要： | 探讨了扦插基质、插条部位、插条长度和生长调节剂的种类、浓度及处理时间等对Sunfan生根的影响,结果表明:当基质配比为:细土∶腐殖质∶珍珠岩=1∶2∶1,插条采用当年生8 cm嫩枝梢部枝条,激素处理采用700mg/L的NAA浸蘸插条基部10 s时,插条具有较高的生根率.

| Abstract: | In this experiment,the influences of six factors on rooting rate of Sunfan in softwood cutting were studied,including cutting culture substrata,different positions of shoot,cutting length,and the category,concentration and treatment time of growth regulators.The maximum rooting rate was achieved when mixed fine soil:humus:perlite=1:2:1 and 8 cm-long tip sections of the annual shoots were used as cuttings and the base of cuttings was dunked in NAA(700 mg/L)solution for 10 s. |
