摘    要:本文研究了离体培养条件下油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)草酸毒素的产生及其晶体结构。结果表明,培养过程中草酸含量呈S型增长,其增长速率与病菌的生长速度呈正相关,并伴随着pH值相应的规律变化。病菌分泌的草酸与钙离子形成四面体或棱柱形晶体结构。生物测定证实了草酸在油菜菌核病致病性中的作用.

Abstract:In vitro production of xalic acid,aphytotoxin of the fungus(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum),and scanning observation of its crystals were studied.The results showed that oxalic acid content increased as S-type model,and its accumulation rate was correlated positively with rate of fungal growth and naga-cively with change of pH value in culture during incubation periods.In agar cultures supplemented with calcium,the,crystals of phytotoxin were predomi-natly tetragonal or prismatic.The bioassay revealed the role of oxalic acid in pathogenesis.
