18%虱病灵可湿性粉剂气相色谱分析法

摘    要:用长1.5m 、内径2m m,内装5% OV-17Chromsorb W-HP(150~180μm )的玻璃柱,以火焰离子化检测器,在相同色谱条件下,对噻嗪酮和三唑酮进行了定量分析;其标准偏差和变异系数分别为0.096、0.071和0.94% 、0.94% ,添加回收率分别为98.77% ~100.3% 和98.20% ~100.0% 。

Abstract:A method of the determination of triadimefon and buprofezin by Gas chromatography with FID on 5% OV- 17/Chromsorb W HP(150~180μm)glassic colum was described.Dibutyl o phthalate was adopted as the internal standard.The standard deviation was 0.096 and 0.071 respectively;and the coefficient of variation was 0.94% and 0.94%respectively.The redeem rate of triadimefon and buprofezin was 98.77%~100.3% and 98.20%~100.0%respectively.
