摘    要:针对S385型柴油机机体的结构特点,采用有限元分析方法对其进行了爆发工况的有限元静力分析。通过分析,得出了机体结构的位移、应力、应变云图,找到了机体结构强度的薄弱环节并据此提出了相应的修改方案,为改善机体强度、改进机体结构设计提供了理论依据。

3D Finite Element Analysis of S385 Diesel Engine Block
Abstract:In this paper,finite element static analyses in outbreak were conducted on S385 diesel engine block using FEA according to its structural characteristics.The displacement,equivalent stress and strain of the block were obtained,the weak spots of intensity were found and corresponding improved schemes were brought forward.The analysis results supply a theoretical support to improve the structural intensity and the design of the block.
