摘    要:在我国木材加工领域,数控超高压水射流技术的应用尚处于起步阶段,多用于珍贵木材的切割。通过对3种地板生产常用热带木材的试验,分析木材气干密度、水切割压力、进料速度、石榴砂粒度和切削厚度等参数,对加工表面粗糙度的影响,为珍贵树种花式地板生产加工提供参考。

Abstract:High pressure water-jet cutting technique is increasingly visible in furniture and floor manufacturing process in China.In order to evaluate the surface quality and efficiency of extra-high pressure water-jet cutting,an orthogonal experiment was designed for three wood species to determine the effect of wood density,water pressure,feed-in speed,sand particle size,and cutting thickness on the surface quality.The test result would provide a useful reference to improve rare tropical wood flooring production.
