根际微生物对高粱发芽的影响

摘    要:在25、30、35、40℃的不同温度下,取不同地点不同深度土样(活土)并对其进行灭菌与非灭菌处理,培养高粱种子,测定高粱种子发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数。结果表明,35℃为高粱种子发芽的最适宜温度。根际微生物对高粱种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数有促进作用,在生长过程中通过施加含有根际微生物的底肥,可提高高粱种子的发芽率,利于丰产。

Effects of Rhizosphere Microorganisms on Seed Germination of Sorghum
Abstract:In this paper, sorghum seeds were cultured with sterilized and non-sterilized soil from different locations and dif-ferent depth at 25℃ ,30℃ ,35℃ and 40℃. The process of the germination rate of sorghum seeds, germination potential andgermination index were determined. The results showed that 35C was the most appropriate temperature for sorghum seedgermination. Rhizosphere microorganisms improved the germination rate of sorghum seeds, germination potential and germination index.
