摘    要:研究了从不同海拔来源的过路黄在华中低海拔地区的生长发育及抗寒性。结果显示,随着海拔来源的升高,过路黄植株的主蔓和节间长度减小,叶片寿命延长,花期推迟,冬季鲜叶比例升高。冰雪封盖25 d后,高海拔来源植株叶片的游离脯氨酸含量高于低海拔来源植株,丙二醛含量低于低海拔来源植株。在低温(-0.5℃)持续过程中,低海拔植株叶片的质膜透性上升速度快于高海拔植株。海拔1852、1388和851 m引种的植株具有较强的抗寒性,在华中地区具有较大的园林应用前景,且具有引种北移的潜力。

Abstract:Growth and freezing tolerance in central China were compared within 6 plants of Lysimachia christinae Hance from different altitude of origin.Results showed that the length of main creeping stems and internode decreased,the leaf longevity extended,flowering date delayed,and the proportion of winter fresh leaves increased with the increasing altitude of origin.After snow capping for 25 days,the plant leaves from higher altitude of origin had higher contents of proline but lower contents of MDA.The permeability of plasma membrane in L.christinae from lower altitude of origin had faster rising velocity during sustained low temperature(-0.5 ℃).The plants from 1852,1388 and 851 m of altitude had stronger freezing tolerance and potential for landscaping in central China and north introduction.
