水稻核不育系叶龄观察及其制种技术的探讨

摘    要:对两个不育系SE21、MS6和父本明恢63在福州农场进行连续2a的叶龄调查,结果表明:该材料在不同年份主茎叶片数、抽穗期不变,表现相对稳定.父母本主茎叶片数相同,母本抽穗期比父本早1~2d,在同一年份内不同播种期,主茎叶片数不变,抽穗期相差9d.母本穗大粒多,柱头外露率高、存活力强,管理简便,极易获得制种高产.

Abstract:Investigating on developing of leaf age of two genie male sterile lines SE21 ,MS6 and parent Minghui63 were conducted in two years in Fuzhou. The results showed that the leaves number on stem and heading date of these materials were unchanged at different year. The leaves number on sterns of two parents were the same, the heading date of female patent was two days earlier than that of male parent; at different sowing time in the same year, the leaves number on the stems of two parents were unchanged while the heading date were nine days difference. The female parent has character of big panicle, more grains, high percentage of exserted stigma and higher viability of stigma, it was easy managed to obtain high yield in seed production.
