酸枣组培快繁研究

摘    要:以休眠芽为试材,建立了酸枣的组培快繁体系。最适启动培养基为MS+BA1 0+IBA0 1或MS+BA2 0+NAA0 1,增殖培养基为MS+BA2 0~3 0,萌芽率和壮芽率均超过了70%。增殖培养时,下部茎段的出芽率高于上部茎段,但萌发壮芽的比率则以上部茎段相对较高。1 2MS+IBA0 5~1 0是酸枣快繁生根培养的适宜培养基,生根率最高可达92%。

Abstract:A high-efficient micropropagation system for sour jujube(Ziziphus acidojujuba C.Y.cheng et M.J.Liu) was established using dormant bud as initial explant. The optimized initial and proliferous medium were MS+BA_(1.0)+IBA_(0.1) or MS+BA_(2.0)+NAA_(0.1) and MS+BA_(2.0~3.0) respectively, on which both germination rate and strong bud rate were higher than 70%. In addtion, germination rate of lower stem segment was higher than upper stem segment, but strong buds rate of the former was lower than the latter. Rooting rate reached as high as 92% on rooting medium (1/2) MS+IBA_(0.5~1.0).
