基于POI及核密度分析的上海城乡交错带分布研究

城乡交错带空间分布是相关研究的基础性工作。基于行政区域的统计资料研究方法存在若干不足,将3S(GIS,GPS,RS)技术与大数据结合则提供了全新的研究思路。本文通过POI(point of interest)和核密度分析结合的方法界定上海市城乡交错带分布区域,进而从发展模式对城乡交错带分布区域的形成进行解读。本研究方法所提出的城乡交错带区域清晰地展示了城市化扩张的三类典型模式:近郊圈层扩张模式、中郊轴向延伸模式和远郊孤立发展模式。最后从POI数据更新频率、交通路网集聚性、人为标注的选择性、郊区旅游业发展的角度分析影响城乡交错带分布的因素。研究方法突破了传统基于行政边界区划的不足,可为城乡交错带相关研究及城乡建设管理提供借鉴。

Shanghai urban-rural ecotone distribution research based on the POI and kernel density analysis

The spatial distribution of urban-rural ecotone is a basic work of related research.There are some shortcomings in the research methods of statistical data based on administrative regions.The combination of 3S(GIS,GPS,RS) technology and large data provides a new research idea.In this paper,the distribution characteristics of urban-rural ecotone in Shanghai are studied by combining POI(Point Of Interest) with kernel density analysis method,and then the spatial distribution and development pattern of the city are interpreted.The urban-rural ecotone proposed by this research method clearly shows three typical models of urbanization expansion:the suburban circle expansion mode,the mid-suburban axial extension mode,and the isolated development model in the outer suburbs.Finally,the factors affecting the distribution of urban-rural fringe are analyzed from the following perspectives:POI data update frequency,traffic network convergence,selectivity of artificial annotation,and suburban tourism development.The research method breaks through the shortcomings of traditional administrative boundaries,which can provide reference for the research of urban-rural ecotone and urban-rural construction management.
