摘    要:测定了金耳液体培养过程中,培养基中的淀粉酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、果胶酶、邻苯二酚氧化酶、愈创木酚氧化酶和漆酶的活性变化规律。结果表明,在整个培养期内,7种酶均有活性,但活性差异较大,产酶高峰也不尽相同。

Abstract:Changes in the extracellular levels of amylase, carboxymethyl cellulase, hemicellulase, pectinase, guaiacol oxidase, catechol oxidase and laccase activities during submerged culture of Tremella aurantialba were determined. All the enzymes were present at detectable levels throughout the culture period but reached peak levels at different times.
