| 摘 要： | 现有的法律体系在面对农民工权益保护的问题上,表现出明显的缺位、滞后和乏力,反映出现有法律落后于社会发展,己经不能适应新形势的需要。无论是从保护劳动者合法权益和基本人权还是维护社会稳定有序、促进经济社会良性、健康发展来说,政府都有责任加强对农民工的制度保护。

| Abstract: | The present legal system showed obvious absence,lag and fatigue on the problem of protecting peasant workers rights and interests.This reflected that the present law fell behind social development and couldnt adapt the need of new situation.Whether for protecting the legal rights and interests and basic human rights of labourer or for maintaining society stability and in order and promoting the good and healthy development of economy and society,the government should have obligation to strengthen protection for peasant workers on system. |
