大花蕙兰与奇花虎头兰杂交种子无菌萌发及成苗途径

摘    要:采用无菌播种技术,对粉绿红唇大花蕙兰与奇花虎头兰杂交种子进行萌发试验,并设计配制多种培养基进行原球茎继代增殖、丛芽分化、生根试验。通过对种子萌发、原球茎发育及成苗过程的观察,得出杂交子代的繁殖技术及成苗途径。

Abstract:The germination experiment of hybrid seeds crossed by Cymbidium sp. ' Pleiacles Memory' and Cymbidium hookerianum was conducted by adopting aseptic seeding technique. Different media were designed and composed for subculture multiplication of the protocorm, bud differentiation and rooting experiments. Based on the observation of seed germination, protocorm development and the seedling process, propagation technique and seedling procedure of the hybrid progeny were summarized.
