| 摘 要： | 面对数字社会的挑战,面对社会环境发生的深刻变化,要适应这种变化,医院图书馆必须进行结构重组,必须转变管理理念,从现代管理角度出发,尝试建立整体的图书馆管理新模式,在自身作业流程和方式、组织结构、管理机制等方面做出相应的变革与重组。
