农机具受力测试系统试验研究

摘    要:针对传统的农机田间在线测试耗资费时且精度低的问题,设计了一种基于PXI总线和LabVIEW的农机具田间作业受力在线遥测系统,研制出了一套悬挂系统的五杆测力装置。使用该系统,在室内土槽试验台上对农机具工作时受力情况进行测试试验。试验结果表明该系统能够快速准确地实现数据采集、处理、无线传输、远程监测。
