中国苜蓿产业发展的现状和面临的问题及对策分析

苜蓿营养丰富、产量高、蛋白质转化率高,是奶牛重要的粗饲料。目前中国优质苜蓿资源缺乏,商品苜蓿供不应求,供需失衡造成优质苜蓿价格不断攀升,进口量不断增加。国内苜蓿产业发展缓慢,主要问题是数量少、质量差、价格高;苜蓿种植缺乏政策扶持和配套的收割机械;干草加工设备技术落后,物流成本高。推进国内苜蓿产业发展的对策和建议是明确苜蓿产业战略地位,做好科学规划;产业发展走规模化、企业化模式;创新经营机制,带动产业发展;加大苜蓿产业科研和技术推广;和农产品一样享受"绿色通道"优惠政策;对苜蓿产业实行重点补贴。

Analysis of the Development and Countermeasures of Alfalfa Industry in China

Alfalfa is the king of pasture, it has abundant nutrition, high production and high conversion ratio of protein, is an important coarse fodder of dairy cows. Now there is a shortage of high quality alfalfa in China, domestic demand exceeds supply, the unbalance results in soaring on the prices and the climbing of imports. The main reasons why domestic alfalfa industry develops slowly are shortage of quantity, poof quality, high price, lack of policy supports and matched reaping machines, outmoded processing equipment and the high cost of logistics. To promote our alfalfa industry, our suggestions and countermeasures are definited alfalfa industry strategic position and made a scientific plan. The industry shall be scaled, commercialized, innovate management mechanism and promote industrial development and focus on the research and promotion, enjoy "green pass" policy as well as other agricultural products, and give alfalfa industry special subsidy.
