摘    要: 蓝孔雀不仅具有观赏价值,其作为特禽来养殖也具有较高的经济价值。为了进一步了解蓝孔雀群体的遗传变异状况,筛选出10对家鸡微卫星引物,利用PCR、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对西双版纳蓝孔雀群体的59个个体进行了遗传多样性检测。10个微卫星座位共检测到35个等位基因,各基因座位的等位基因数为2~5个,平均每个座位的等位基因数和有效等位基因数分别为3.50和3.00个;群体平均多态信息含量为0.5533,平均杂合度为0.6168。表明蓝孔雀群体遗传多样性丰富。

Abstract:Blue peafowls as beautiful birds not only have the value of viewing and admiring, but also have high economic value when they are raised as a kind of special poultry. In order to evaluate its genetic variability and population structure further, 10 microsatellite loci screened from chicken were analyzed for a total of 59 individuals from Xishuangbanna, Yunnan province by using PCR and polyacrylaminde gel electrophoresis. A total of 35 alleles were detected across the 10 loci assayed. All the loci were polymorphic and the number of alleles varied from 2 to 5, giving a mean number of 3.50 alleles and a mean effective number of 3.00 alleles per locus. The average polymorphism information content and heterozygosity of 10 microsatellite loci were 0. 553 3 and 0. 616 8, respectively. The results indicated that Blue peafowl examined was abundant in genetic diversity.
