我国农产品主要质量认证体系比较

摘    要:文章从食品安全性、标准制订、产品级别、认证标识、认证机构、认证方法、技术体系和质量标准等方面研究分析了我国农产品主要质量认证体系的异同。为加深民众对我国良好农业规范(GAP)、有机、绿色和无公害食品认证体系的认识有重要意义。

Abstract:Chinese quality certification system of agricultural product was studied according to food safety, certification standards, certification organizations, product grades, certification technologies and quality control respectively. The results showed the importance the people recognize these systems containing good agricultural practices (GAP), organic, green and healthy food certification.
